After grilling a hamburger, don’t you use warm water to wash your greasy hands? The same applies to laundry—warm water helps dissolve body oils that cold water and detergent alone can’t remove.
1. Remove the lid and add water (or warm water), detergent, and the laundry item(s). Soaking in warm water enhances cleaning effectiveness.Tip: Use only a small amount of detergent to avoid longer rinsing time.
5. Pour water into the top inlet while spinning to rinse.Tip: You can also store the water by leaving the drainage cap on.
Q. How much laundry can it handle? As long as it fits in the basket, you can wash it. However, for spin-drying, we recommend reducing the load to about one-third of the basket. Overloading may cause the handle to become harder to turn or make the machine unbalanced, which can lead to damage.
Q. How long does it take? If it’s just light sweat, soaking in warm water helps get the job done in under 5 minutes. Using hand-rinsing alongside can make it even faster.Note: Using too much detergent can make rinsing take longer.
Q. Should I use a laundry net for delicate items? If you turn the handle gently, a net is usually not necessary. However, using a net may offer extra peace of mind for very delicate items.
Q. What’s the ideal water temperature? Using warm water between 40–48°C (104–118°F) helps dissolve oily dirt effectively. Avoid water hotter than 50°C (122°F), as it can solidify oils and make them harder to remove. Regular shower temperature is ideal.
Q. How much detergent should I use? Use about 0.7 to 1ml of detergent—roughly 80% of the included spoon. Whether liquid or powder, about 1/15th of your usual amount is enough.
Q. What types of loads are best suited for this washer? The washer is perfect for quick, light loads like:
- A sweaty T-shirt
- A pair of soiled socks
- Small towels or cloths
- Baby or pet clothes
- Swimwear or workout gear
